We had an outstanding experience with Greymen's Plumbing! We called JT about a leak in our water supply line, and he showed up the very same day. A few days later, JT and Rick returned to repipe our entire house. They worked tirelessly, staying late to ensure the job was completed on schedule, and they finished everything in just two days.

Men in Grey save the day. A wet, soggy patch beside the driveway triggered a lot of stress, as well as immediately shutting off the water to the house. Just 9 months previously, I had a leak about 15 feet further up the line that was repaired by another, very reputable plumbing company. Having lived here for 45 years, it was past time to replace the whole line from road to house. Big, major issue is the main waterline goes under the driveway--where the leak was, to reach somewhere under/within the concrete slab on which my home is built. I called the other company first, but they have a lot of business, and didn't seem all that interested in solving my problem in a timely manner. Enter Jack Charrette and Greymen's Plumbing. Jack came out on a Saturday morning, put together a game plan, and returned with his crew and a tractor on Tuesday. They showed up a few minutes after 8 am to begin the work. Special thanks to Richard for his tractor skills, and especial thanks to Gary who hand shoveled next to the house saving my  gardenia bush. These guys were awesome working all day in the heat. Jack stayed until 7:30 pm, making sure I had running water after a week of just doing a quick turn on and off to fill buckets, jugs, and the bathtub to use. Some people pick a plumber strictly by price. I wanted someone licensed, insured, and with a one year warranty on their work. Greymen's pricing is in line with other plumbing companies. With Jack Charrette, you also get a guy who is very smart, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I liked him and his work so much, I immediately asked him to come back to replace a leaky hose faucet out front, and run a new hot water line from the heater to a sink. Big or small, Greymen's Plumbing does it all. As Jack told me, "There are a lot of plumbers in the area, so he really appreciated my calling him to do the job." I had a leak from the line on my toilet.  I contacted JT at Greymen’s Plumbing last night and he was here by 10 am today.  He is very professional.  Put shoe covers on his shoes.  That’s something I’ve never seen done.  He went and looked at the problem.  Before starting, he told me two different options.  He worked within my budget and I’m so grateful.   He was done in 20 minutes.  JT is friendly, understanding and very professional.  Thanks again for helping me out today. Greymen’s came on a short notice for a shower repair. Jack communicated clearly with me what work needed to be done, how much time it should take and what the cost would be. Placed a service called today for a leak. after the town let me know we had a leak in the house we just bought. Jack came out took his time going through all the things going on with the house and Fixed the toilet to start with. He is also coming back to fix a few more issues. He was so kind, professional and I loved that he coveted his shoes since we have new floors. Just another sign of respect of my property as  he worked. He cleaned everything up and put it back where I had it.  He explained everything and asked if we had any questions. Gave  us more than one option but told us, what would work the best and why. Wasn’t pushing at all!!
